PARTS RETURN POLICY
BIG BARN Harley-Davidson believes that your shopping experience should be an easy, enjoyable experience so we have implemented a "No Hassle" return policy. We will try to get you in and out with your returns and exchanges as quickly and easily as possible. However, there are still some guidelines that we must follow.
A receipt is required for all refunds. If you do not have a receipt you may still exchange an item or receive store credit. Unfortunately some items are non-returnable. Electrical parts and helmets are non-returnable for safety reasons, both can be very fragile and can have concealed damage that is impossible to detect with the naked eye. Some special order returns may be subject to a restocking fee based on the restocking fee charged to us by the vendor.
Please let us know if you have any questions about returning a particular item or about our policies in general. We are here to help you enjoy your Harley-Davidson experience and we want you to be happy with your purchases.
